Organist & Choirmaster
David A. Hairston II, FSCO, FIGOC, FGMS, FHCO, a native Long Islander, attended Hofstra University’s Early Childhood Center, The Waldorf School of Garden City and Westminster Choir College. He is a dual member of The American Guild of Organists (AGO) NYC and Nassau County Chapters, Music Educators National Conference (NAfME), and The American Choral Directors Association (ACDA).
He has performed with Westminster Chapel Choir, toured as Tenor II and pre-concert organist at various universities and churches in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Indiana, West Virginia, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, and Wisconsin under the baton of James M. Jordan. Also with the Westminster Symphonic Choir as Tenor II with the New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia orchestras and the American Boys' Choir at various concert halls including Carnegie Hall, Avery Fisher Hall (Lincoln Center), Trenton War Memorial, Philadelphia Academy of Music, and many others under the Artistic Director Joseph Flummerfelt and the batons of Wolfgang Sawallish, Ricardo Muti, Kurt Masur, and Zdenek Macal. Major symphonic works such as Dvorak's Stabat Mater, Brittan's War Requiem, Orff's O Fortuna, Brahms' Eine Deutches Requiem, Honegger's Jeanne D'Arc and others were recorded on compact disc and sold under such lables as Delos and Telarc. David has performed solo throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe.

Stephanie Steiner, Treble Section Leader
Stephanie Steiner has been singing since she was a little girl. She began singing in church at a young age. Since then she has studied voice and pedagogy for 20 years and has received degrees in music education, music history and early childhood. She is a music educator and performer. Mrs. Steiner has performed in venues in the United States, Europe and Asia. Mrs. Steiner previously served as the Soprano Section Leader at Trinity-St. John's Episcopal Church (Hewlett) for over eight years. She is currently the educational director at a high school. When she is not singing she enjoys spending time with her family. |
Mike Castoro, Tenor Section Leader
Mike Castoro, Tenor, is a Brooklyn native. He is a Cum Laude graduate of C.W. Post Long Island University and obtained a dual Music Education and Performance degree. Mike has toured as a soloist and choir member England, Ireland, Wales, Spain and France with the LIU Chamber Singers as well as a local madrigal group. Mike Castoro was a featured lead in the Gilbert and Sullivan Light Opera Company of Long Island. He was also the youngest regular member of Musica Viva of New York as a featured soloist for over 3 years. Mike enjoyed several years as a performer for the Douglaston Concert Series under Gerald Anders. He was highlighted in an acclaimed review in “Tygodnik Polonijny”, a Polish digest, for his interpretation of Chopin art song. Mr. Castoro currently continues to train with singer and recent famed actor, Anthony Laciura. Mike also currently performs at local Long Island events. Kieran Q. Kerekes, Baritone/Bass Section Leader
Kieran Kerekes is a Bachelor of Music, Voice Performance graduate from the 2011 class of The Boston Conservatory. Kieran is a professional singer and actor, and has been active in both, performing as a freelance singer for various events, such as weddings, with venues including cathedrals and churches throughout Long Island, in New York City with his a cappella group - Ten and Change, and with the Huntington Cabaret on Long Island and in Manhattan.
As an actor, he has worked on many TV shows including "Nikki Sara Live", "The Carrie Diaries", and "Law&Order: SVU". You can also find him on You Tube by his full name, Kieran Quinn Kerekes, which is also his stage name, where you will find a variety of his different videos. He currently resides in Hempstead, Long Island. As a performer, Kieran is very versatile because of his ability to infuse elements of the contemporary and classic pop, jazz, and musical theater styles with his classical training along with his dance and acting experience. Kieran began performing when he was nine in his local cathedral choir and has continued in that musical realm while expanding his experience with roles in musical theater, film, television, opera, and being a dance instructor for The Boston Conservatory's Dance Club.
